In my previous post, I highlighted the importance of working smarter. One man sent me a message saying "I don't need no stinking Fortune Key to create my business". My answer? Yes, he's right, but let me rephrase what he said. You don't need Fortune Key to create a mediocre business that eats up 90% of your time and for profits that people only laugh about. I know it sounds a bit harsh, but if there are opportunities to improve your business and make your life easier, there is no reason to diss a good product.
Businesses have been built way before the Fortune Key method was established, so in most part, it's alright to say that you don't need the method to get you started. However, if you want to have an efficient business process (e.g. less work, more results) then you need to at least try the method that the Fortune Key is recommending. I have seen many companies used the system and they are growing and expanding like crazy. It's the big businesses like Dell, McDonald's, and Intel who got first dibs at these methods when they were looking for ways to save on costs. The result was an efficient system that took most of the workload off the shoulders of the owners.

Working Smarter Beats Working Harder All The Time
If you can get a job done in 8 hours (that's 1 work day), that's a good thing. But if you can do the same job in half the time, then that's very impressive. See, that's the difference between working harder and working smarter. Hardwork is not bad at all, but if you can find a way to deliver results in half the time, then you are saving yourself from unnecessary stress. Getting things done doesn't mean you end up exhausted and beaten at the end of day. Accomplishing a job means should mean that you have the rest of the day to enjoy. Even more so if you are juggling 2 to 3 jobs just to make ends meet.
Proponents of "working smarter" suggests that you prioritize what needs to be done and delegate those that are not a matter of life and death. Different work activities require different methods to accomplish them. Before you start your day, list down the things that needs to be done and prioritize them. If you need to rank them from 1 to 10 (1 being the top priority), then do so. This is one way of gauging what can be done today and what can wait for the next day or so. Clearly, the workload doesn't have to be too heavy. When it becomes to burdensome, then you should accept that there is a flaw in the system. Don't blame yourself for that hiccup. It's not your fault the system sucks. But instead of breaking your back doing everything at the same time, learn to prioritize. If your boss doesn't know how to do this, you have to tell him or her in the most subtle way possible.
I reckon if something is not a matter of life and death, it can wait. But of course, that's not how businesses operate, especially in customer service. But what the message I'm trying to impart is that if you work smarter, you will find yourself having a lot of extra time in your hands to do things that matter more to you. Work is not your life. You deserve a break once in a while.

When 3 Part Time Jobs Are Not Enough
Would you rather have one full time job or 3 part time work at home jobs? This is a tough one to answer. I have been in both scenarios and I can honestly say that working at home has a bit more advantage than having to work in an office. However, if you find yourself with 3 part time jobs just to have the same salary as you would in an office job, common sense tells you that you're better off with 1 full time job. I have discussed the disadvantages of working at home and if you are more inclined to do the things in the list, then you have no reason to stay at home and work your butt off. But then again, the decision is really yours. Just make sure that the one you choose is the lesser evil.

Less Work, More Family Time - It's Possible
When I was an employee of a huge financial data company, all I dream about is to work at the comforts of my home and do the things that I love to do. It was a dream tha stayed as a dream for 10 years. It was when I started doing some online gigs that I began to have some free time. Real free time. When I say real, I'm talking about 4 hours of free time each day, over and above the 8 hours of sleep and few more hours for doing household chores. This is serious free time. And to do what? Anything!
With all the free time I had, I was able to finish my culinary studies. It's not something you can do if you are tied up at work. Of course this didn't happen overnight. It took quite some time before I finally got these much needed free time. in fact, had I not used this new business system, I don't think i will be able to do anything substantial other than my 9 to 5 job. The beauty of the system is that it requires less supervision. The key is to learn the methods and you'll be up and running in no time. Use Fortune Key Method To Your Craigslist - Ebay Business
It's no secret. You can earn money by using Craiglist and Ebay. I've done a lot of buying and selling using these two popular websites or marketplaces. I stopped in 2006 because I was offered a job. But that doesn't mean that the buy and sell business is not profitable. It was very profitable. In fact, had I not been offered a job, I would still be in the buy and sell business. Now, you just have to buy the same model at a lower price and that's where you go to Craigslist to find one that is cheaper.
5. Go back to Craigslist.org and search for brand new Sony PSP selling below $200. It's up to you how much profit you want. So the cheaper the price, the better. For example, you got the PSP for $150.
6. If you find a seller, contact him or her and close the transaction.
7. List the PSP on ebay at a reasonable starting bid price. The auction will usually end in 7 days (or more depending on what you chose).
8. If at the end of auction you see that your PSP was sold for $250, then you will have a profit of $100. This is only for 1 item. If you have 10 PSPs then, that's $1,000 profit.
9. You can do the reverse method as well. That is if you find cheaper items on ebay, then buy from there and sell on craigslist.
NOTE: Factor in the shipping costs that you paid and the shipping cost you will charge your buyer. Take into account the ebay charges as well.

The Fortune Key: This Just In $540
Remember my previous post? That amount of work (less than an hour) continues to give me residual income. Just a few minutes ago, I earned $540 without even doing serious work. It's crazy in a good way. I'm not quite sure how far this would go. Of course, I will spend substantial time on this because I want to earn more. But that's not to say I will spend 8 hours. Learn To Distinguish Useful Information from Spam
I write many articles on various topics daily. Out of the 4 active blogs that I have, only 1 is dedicated to promoting an excellent product. When I promote this product, I also make sure that people find useful information that can help them decide for themselves if they want to avail of the product or look elsewhere. I created this blog for that very specific reason. Oftentimes, people label the entries as spam. I think the worst kind of spamming is the one we get in our e-mail. Yes, the numerous unsolicitated (junk) mails that clog our Inbox.
Like most of you, I am annoyed by the bulk mails. That's why I don't resort to sending mails to people just to promote a product. The reason why I created a blog is to do away with spamming. The way I see it, if the promotion is online, the reader has a choice NOT TO READ IT. It's not invasive like the ones in our emails.

Hassle-Free Online Business
I have shared my insights about building an online business, minus the demands of a full time job in Squidoo. This is something that I have always wanted to share to everyone but you know how it is in the Internet. People are too cautious and they flag almost all things as spam. It's quite a struggle for me to convey some information that will actually benefit those who are desperately seeking a way to cash in on the Internet.

Why Fortune Key Is Better Than Blogging
I have introduced The Fortune Key to my friends and most of them are now earning residual income even while they are busy with their full time jobs. Call me crazy, but I did. I asked myself, what have I got to lose? I was already wasting away in a dead-end job that barely pays the bills. I worked 14 hours a day, six times a week, which leaves me with only four days of rest in a month. Those days are not even enough to do all my laundry. So, I figured since I spend so much time on the Internet, there must be some way to make money out of it.
The truth is there is money on the Internet and I am one of those who probably have tried most of the money making schemes and programs online. Did they pay me? Yes. Did they pay me well? No. Depending on the program you join, you are looking at a residual income that is not commensurate to the effort you have exerted. Say, a company asks you to write content for them. You will be paid with an upfront fee for your submissions (ranging from $5-$30). What's more, you will get payments if you achieve a certain number of page views (ex. $1.00 per 5000 page views). What happens here is that to maximise your earning potential, you will have to write, write, write, and write some more until your fingers bled and there's still no guarantee that you will get big bucks. You are just wasting your time. I know this because I spent late nights typing away wishing I get a million hits from an article that I'm not even sure people care about.
